Five Steps, Written Down Before Anything Gets Built
Most projects go sideways because nobody agreed on what was being built. This is the sequence we follow every time, and what you should expect at each stage.
The planning call
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We look at what you have now, ask what happens after someone contacts you, and tell you plainly what is worth fixing first. Sometimes that answer is "not yet."
The blueprint
You get a written scope: the pages, the systems behind them, the timeline, and the price. Nothing gets built until you have read it and approved it.
Design
We design around your services and the path a customer actually takes. You review real screens at full size, not mood boards, and revisions are part of the process rather than an upsell.
Build and launch
The site is developed, tested on real phones, checked for accessibility, and launched with search foundations and analytics already live. You get the keys to everything.
Maintain and improve
Hosting, security updates, edits, and monitoring are handled by us. Each month we look at what is coming in and adjust the site instead of letting it sit.
You don't pay the final dollar until it's right
When the site is built right, works right, and you would be proud to hand the address to your next client, you pay the last of it. If it is not there yet, we keep working. No exclusions, no fine print.
