1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Steel Blueprint website (steelblueprint.com) and any services provided by Steel Blueprint LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Steel Blueprint provides website design, development, hosting, and digital automation services primarily for first responder and veteran-aligned organizations in Oklahoma. Services are offered on a subscription basis with an initial setup fee, as outlined in our pricing packages (Starter, Base, and Pro).
3. Service Agreements & Commitments
All service agreements require a 90-day initial commitment period to allow for full implementation and optimization. Following the initial 90-day period, services continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate month-to-month service with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable after work has commenced.
4. "Built Right or I Keep Working" Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a "Built Right or I Keep Working" guarantee. You do not pay the final dollar until the site is built right, works right, and you would be proud to hand the address to your next client. If it is not there, we keep working at no additional charge until it is. This guarantee applies to clients who (a) complete the full onboarding process, (b) provide timely feedback during the build phase, and (c) maintain an active service subscription.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate organizational information and content; reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner; maintaining access to their domain registrar for DNS changes; notifying Steel Blueprint of any significant organizational changes that may affect the website or systems.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all setup fees and first month's subscription, clients own the content and custom design elements created specifically for their organization. Steel Blueprint retains rights to underlying frameworks, tools, templates, and proprietary systems used in delivering services. Clients grant Steel Blueprint permission to reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Confidentiality
Steel Blueprint agrees to keep all client organizational information, contact data, and operational details confidential. We will not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Steel Blueprint's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in donations, inquiries, or volunteers generated through our services, beyond the guarantee terms outlined above.
9. Modifications to Services & Terms
Steel Blueprint reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing (with 30 days notice for existing clients), and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canadian County, Oklahoma.
